Is this all I need?

So in preparation for turbo power I am upgrading the stock suspension, tires, and wheels. After some reading and research here and elsewhere this is what I have decided to go with:

Wheels: Enkei Raijin 18x9.5 45mm offset
Front Tires: Michelin PSS 245/18
Rear Tires: Michelin PSS 265/18
Coilovers: ST or Blistein B14

I do not know a great deal about suspension, tire and wheel setups. To fit wheels and tires this size I need coilovers for clearance and I don't care about adjusting damping. My real question is do I need anything else? Like anything to adjust or set up the camber? Thanks in advance.

I would go with a square tire set up, that way you can rotate your tires. Also, don't forget to upgrade your brakes ;)

Yea, I thought about doing 245 all around because I'm sure that 265 won't fit in the front. At least not well. You think that's enough traction for 300-400whp? My end goal is in there somewhere.

are you looking to mainly just drag race?

Sort of. It will be for occasional drag. Mostly just street use though. Not going to AutoX so that's why I thought bigger rear tires and not square would be best. If 245 is good enough for that power level though I'm sure staying squared would benefit handling.

you could always go with super sticky 245s squared, instead of sorta-sticky 265s staggered?

Rubber compound will have a greater effect over width. Please do make sure your brakes are up to the task as well.. as others have already noted.

I'm still amazed by how many people throw serious coin at a car with minimal goals or expectations... outside of a dyno chart. If you don't care about things like making sure your adjustable components are functioning well, I'm not sure why you care to boost your NA ride... but good luck anyway

What's your power goals? What turbo

Are Michelin PSS only sorta sticky? What would you suggest that's stickier?

GTX2867 FBM Kit probably. Goal is whatever I don't have to start building the internals... 350ish whp?

I would suggest some rear LCAs. When you throw on coilovers and lower your car, your camber will likely be quite negative, which would result in uneven tire wear. And maybe you should take a look at camber bolts or camber plates for camber adjustment up front. A little bit of negative camber will usually yield slightly better handling.

They are not a "sticky" tire... a "sticky" tire would be something like Dunlop Direzza ZII Star Specs and BFG G-Force Rivals or even better, DOT-R track category tires like Nitto NT-01 or Yokohama Advan-A048... 245 width is plenty of tire for your needs. I ran 205/45-17 tires with much more grip than stock tires...both in the dry and wet. Currently on the stock tires, but will be switching back to another set of 205/45-17's soon...that tire size is just so perfect for the car at near stock power level.

LOL. Did you ask the dealer on tire recommendations? Because it seems to me everyone that wants Michelin PSS are "guided" by the dealership to spend more money on those tires. It's not a bad tire just too expensive for far less performance

Based on your zero plans for any track/autox sticky tires would a waste. I say any "summer performance " would do. With sticky tires on daily driving, you'll eat them up in half a year or less.

Like others said, when you make your car go faster, you need it to stop faster. So up grade your brakes, maybe a big brake kit instead of coilovers.

Suspension wise i say get some lowering springs camber bolts and lower control arms. Unless you plan on doing some autox/track days spend the extra money for coilovers. If it's just for looks.... Meh it's your money.

PSS are a great street tire. Not an "extreme" street auto-x tire, but a good all around summer tire that lasts pretty well. I think they'd work well here.

You'll have a good bit of power but I'd stick with a 18x9 or even 18x8.5 wheel.

I would think about adding a few key bushings to the rear end with the power.
