Thermal Coating OP/FP?

Tried searching couldnt find anything except stuff about coating headers. Is it worth it? pros/cons?

There's less of a heat issue with the OP/FP so unless you care about rust I wouldn't bother.

This is a good question considering the factory overpipe has a heat shield. Interested to hear some thoughts on this.

By OP/FP exhaust gases are already cooled somewhat, and it's much further from where heat soak matters a lot, intake that is, but it still costs a lot to thermal coat. I'd say - not worth it due high price and meager gains unlike for header. There are much better ways/parts to spend money with more return.

This. You might do the OP, but I doubt there'll be much of an improvement on heat. The FP is out of the engine bay and directly exposed to air, so it'll be cooled pretty quickly.
