Auto gear slippage on 2nd n 3rd gear

Hello every one I join only yesterday I have this problem in my Toyota Gt 86 LTD my car is a 6 forward auto I brought the vehicle from Japan from Jpn auction which was graded as auction grade 5AA manufactured in August 2012 brought to Srilanka in September 2014 with a mileage of 7500 km done and being running randomly in week ends with no issues at all as I left for overseas for about 3 months car was at my garage on my return the battery was all out and charged the battery n went for a ride after almost 3 moths n noticed that when the gear changes to 2nd gear engine rpm goes up and not speeding at all and when I deacclerate to about 1000rpm gear engages I think same problem when it shift 3rd gear afterwords it shift smoothly to 4th, 5th,6th there are no issues in gearbox according to dealer and so many experts and scanner did not find any fault either. Replaced the valve body as well and all shift solenoids even though scanner did not reveal any defect with them changed oil as well even though auto oil in it looked as good as new I can't understand this problem all clutch plates are ok according dealer is this problem occurs due to some problem with the gear box control unit which I have ordered from Japan programmed to be done with Toyota over here please if any one had this problem or any kind of idea feedback will be a big help for me thanks:thanks:
