Hello guys, Stock time is over.. its time to upgrade. I was thinking of trading my car for FT but nope, not anymore. Ill just TT my current car and buy a unique body kit and call it a day.

All the body kit available for g37 are stock look with lip kit on them but finally something new look for g37 coupe

Ignore the Side skit and rear bumper, Im talking about just the front bumper..

Got any pics of that kit on a G with a non-ridiculous ride height?

That's a crazy stance (probably on bags) but that bumper looks ok only because it's on a black car. Can't really get a good idea due to the limited angles.

If it's fiberglass, don't. If it's polyurathane then go for it.

I vote goes "No". It's not really original enough for me. It kinda reminds me of M3 series front bumper...

Well thats the point my friend, this bumper changes the whole look of g37 coupe, And yes its kind off "aftermarket" M5 bumper but by time it will look great right?

I agreee, but its not a stock m5 bumper, its aftermarket m5 bumper lol

I like it. But that front is too low to not have skirts running down the sides of the vehicle.

NESW20 02-25-2011 09:42 AM

do you have a frontal view? i don't think it looks that great, honestly. why spend the money for no benefit? by the time you get it installed (i doubt it lines up perfectly out of the box) and painted, you could probably have other, worthwhile modifications.

Since you already have the sport bumper I vote no.

MAYBE a 2010 conversion?

I vote no in my own opinion its not matching the cars body shape and I hate making cars look like some what another car like what you say it looks like an M5 why not just buy an M5.

blue slate, cosmos black... regardless it looks black!

Definitely NO!! Fiberglass will look good for a short period of time, no matter how professional the paint is. If the rock chips don't break it down, the elements will!

I've had some of the best raceglass bodywork on my motorcycles (Sharkskinz, GP Composites, AK and QB Carbon from the UK) which are a lot better than majority of the aftermarket body kits available for cars. The key components with motorcycle bodywork are weight reduction, flexibility and the ability to survive crashes.

Most if not all of the aftermarket bodykits for cars are primarily cosmetic.

my friend pulled up to a local honda meet in his MR2 (SW20), and noticed a civic with MR2-style side vents molded onto it. he got out and casually asked the owner where he got his side vents from, and the owner spouted some website. THEN, the owner of the civic asked my friend where he got his from, to which my friend replied "Toyota." then walked away. :bellyroll:

on a separate occasion, going through a neighborhood, another friend and i noticed a prelude with a GTR badge on the rear parked in a driveway. the owner was outside, so we walked up and asked "hey, we noticed the GTR badge, how come you have it on there?" the prelude owner stopped what he was doing and said proudly "oh! that's because i have a GTR front end! :D"
