UEL Header + Invidia N1 drone help!
I want to reduce the droning on my setup and was wondering if anyone had any experience in the vibrant ultra quiet resonators. I'm looking at the Vibrant 1141 Ultra Quiet Resonator 2.5". Would anyone know if this would fit along with the n1 mid pipe resonator, thus having two? And would it reduce the droning?
Aside from the vibrant, is there any other possible way to reduce drone? I've also looked into the ark test pipe w/ helmhotz resonator and also the Nameless downpipe w/ helmhotz resonator. Can the ARK test w/helm or Nameless dp w/ helm reduce the drone significantly? |

You will have drone with the N1 regardless. When I had the N1, it was drone city above maybe 2500 rpms when cruising (trying to work off my memory here). I added the Ark with helmholtz and it shifted the drone up in the rpm range to maybe above 3000 rpms. So this was still a problem when on the highways. City driving was ok because I could shift out of it with a slower (35-45mph) speed limit. Silencers will work up to a point, but I find that the stock catback is the best for NA setup. Catbacks on this platform are purely for sound preference, imho.

If you want less drone, switch to the Q300 catback. the N1, and the EVO3 catbacks have the most drone from what I've heard and seen.

If it doesn't help, just sell the N1 to me
