Sold my BRZ bought WRX

I loved the BRZ, best drivers car hands down. Seats sucked even after I upgraded to leather seat covers and memory foam and it was killing my ass and back. Got a decent trade in and better interest rate on a 2016 WRX, seats feel a lot better and much easier to get in and out of. I will miss this BRZ and the great forums. You guys rocked. Any good WRX forums?

Not questioning your decision on the WRX but I absolutely love the seats on the BRZ limited. Most reviews that I've seen on the BRZ also find them quite good. They are the most comfortable and supportive seats I've ever had on a car. FWIW, I am 6'1" and about 215 lbs.

Grats on the new purchase! You can get a lot of great information from nasioc.com, but I'm not so sure I'd call it a "good" forum. Maybe some of the other people who made the switch can chime in with other resources.

Nasioc is a great forum with a lot of members.
Also a good forum, but it's more for Canadian members, is TSC (Toronto Subaru Club)

Nasioc is the biggest and seems to be the most knowledgeable, but I'm not a huge fan of the format. It's also not the friendliest forum.

Personally, I prefer the seat back of the BRZ and the seat bottom of the WRX. :D

Welcome to the club!

I'll also vouch for NASIOC. I was on there frequently when I had my '13 WRX. Like it was said though, the interface leaves a lot to be desired in terms of easy access. It's still a large resource though so I'm sure you'll find whatever answers you need on there.

When I had my STI I spent most of my forum time on iwsti.com. It's been 3 years since I got rid of it though so no idea what the current environment is like.

Seats and comfort is the main reason I got the BRZ, but yes getting in and out is a pain since it's a sports car.

Really dude, several of my buddy's who own STI's sat in my car and were super impressed by the seat's comfort and stability, those STI seats while softer offer no support and you just end up being thrown everywhere.

None that I have seen preferred the STI seats. I guess you're just weird lol

he actually is not, he was refuting the seat comfort comment, and most people would agree with him that the BRZ seats > WRX/STI seats

That is all, OP Congrats on your new purchase.

I agree 100% and I now own a WRX and got rid of the FR-S. The FR-S seats in my opinion are worlds better comfort wise. They really grip you, the WRX seats do not, and the lumbar support leaves much to be desired.
