Anyone have experience with this vendor? They currently have Valenti's for 276 CAD + tax. Are these guys legit? And they state that they are version 3. How is their customer service and shipping time?

Yep, very good! Bought some JDM side markers from them over 6 months ago and one had some bad LEDS recently. They are in the process of sending me out a new set now

Ended up buying Valenti Sequential Tails from them. Shipping took a while (Taiwan) but the lights seem legit and I didnt pay any duties. It was also packed very well.

How long did it take to be shipped? I ordered mine on the 28th of April and they didn't ship it yet :(
