PSA, he's a douche bag. He threw a bottle at my car this morning. A fucking bottle.

I was in front of him and we were merging onto the highway. I got over when the lane turned to dashes, instead of a solid line. He sped through the solid line, got pissed because I got over and then threw a bottle at my car.

Nope. I had someone throw something out the window of their car at me a few weeks ago after I beeped at them for cutting me off. They seemed like tweakers. $850 repair.

Get a dashcam, give to highway patrol. I just turned video over to local CHP (Because town cops were to busy...fkrs) of a lady in a newer impala cutting me off in town at 35+ mph in school zone. As far as I know she's getting a ticket. Got her license plate on cam.

Dash cam is a great idea. I called the police and gave the plate but they never did anything and never called me back. Two people in their car and one in mine. Nothing I can do about it.

Yeah, I was wishing that I had a dash cam after it happened. Chances are that I'll see the guy again, if this was his work commute.

Then the police wonders why ppl lash out at each other. They don't do anything they dont even care. If this guy did it to you how many other ppl do you think he has he done it too? He's looking for problems & the police can defuse the situation now before someone gets enough of his sh!t & takes matters into there own hands.

When the person threw shit at me, it was so loud that I thought they shot at me while I was driving from Phoenix to Tucson. I called the police telling them that they shot at me (because that's what I thought happened) and I gave them a license plate and description. I never saw cops on the rest of the drive home and no cops ever called me back or anything. It's been 3 weeks. AND I TOLD THEM HE SHOT A GUN AT ME.

It wasn't until I got home that I noticed the damage to the car wasn't a bullet-hole, so it was obvious they just threw something at me.


Similar thing happened to me a few years ago to my Honda S2000. Someone turned into the wrong lane and hit my car. Pulled paint off my rear bumper. Called the police. That time they came out and took a report. They told me they went to the offenders house and that they weren't home. Every time I called the police station to see what was up with my situation, it always went to a machine and they never returned my calls.

I'm not sure what they do, but they definitely don't help me.

Someone has to keep the donut shops in business.

One option is to file a hit and run, then a claim with your insurance as such. With the license plate they should be able to go after him for the money. I had it happen to me once a long time ago. Accident was not my fault, person ran, the insurance company went after them to get their money and I didn't have to pay for the damage. Just something to think about.

People are crazy... I drive in a very large bubble because of the crazy things people have done/said to me while I was driving on the freeways.

I'd be throwing shit too if i had to drive an accord...
