Strange electric motor noise while car is parked and off

This has happened to me a couple times. Car is parked and off for a good 4 hours. I'm just sitting in it and I hear a faint whirring noise coming from the back with some soft clicking. It lasts for about five seconds. Today it happened again, I got out and it seems to be coming from the area of the rear drivers side tire. It sounds like there is a small electric motor trying to do something and hitting the end and making a faint clicking noise. Is there something in the suspension or with the VSC or something that would turn on while the car is completely off? I also have my tire inflation light that has been on since I bought the car that the dealership I bought it from could not turn off. Maybe something related?

Could possibly be the fuel pump, just doing its job. It's mentioned in the manual, I believe.

Here's what BRZ's manual says:

Noise from under vehicle after turning off the engine

Approximately five hours after the engine is turned off, you may hear sound
coming from under the vehicle for several minutes. This is the sound of a fuel
evaporation leakage check and, it does not indicate a malfunction.

Wow, thanks for that. It certainly sounds like something broken, but I guess not.

Before you make your second thread, yes, the chirping noise is normal.

I originally read it as "bukake" kit so there wasn't a hope in hell I wanted one.
