WheelDude's Customer Service

I have to say that it was an extreme hassle trying to get in contact with the people at Wheeldude. I never received a confirmation notice or a tracking number on the set of wheels I bought from them, even though they immediately took the money from my account. I must have sent 6+ emails ( to varying people/departments) and called over a dozen times, and never got a response out of them until a week later. Even then, it was just an automated email with my invoice attached to it. (I've read that other people had worse response times than me...persistence pays off with these guys). When you have that much money on the line at least let the customer know what's the deal is with their order, in a timely fashion.

Not only that, but they seem to have abandoned this forum. No new posts since July and their inbox is full. This seems to be a trend in other forums they used to post at as well. They seem to be hit or a miss when it came to their customer service. Read up on FB/Yelp/and Nasioc and they seem to start off well, but then they just go to shit. @wheeldude You can't ignore the customer! Why have a phone number listed on your site when you don't even pick up (or turn it off so no calls can be taken).

Lesson learned the hard way. /rant:bs:

File a charge back on paypal as well as with the credit card or bank company you paid them with. Then take your money else where.
