ok listen maybe i am guilty of this as well because i tend to be a rather sarcastic person and sarcasm tends to get lost in translation on the internet which is just text without any tone of voice but can we please not get carried away with all the ban stick posts and name calling? i do realize i tend to be outspoken as well, if you knew me in person you'd realize i'm not an a$$ and usually just use strong words to make a point across a lot of times in an over-exaggerated way. at the same time, i want the future community that surrounds this car to be a welcoming, pay it forward type of community. no pointless insults or flaming, and going easy on the newbs. yes i am guilty of being a little hard on the newbs as well esp when it comes to not using the search function or starting unfounded rumors, but seriously we should not take for granted and sacrifice a respectful and good natured pay it forward type of community for the sake of getting a point across. not everyone's gonna see eye to eye especially because this car is attracting different types of enthusiasts with different tastes. who cares? we all like this car, so while we're here we might as well build a community around it, not a scene that talks smack and hates on each other. some of us want to see this car develop into something that others don't want, so what? if you still like the car as it develops and changes, stick around and enjoy with others that do. if you don't like it, don't diss others and flame, just go somewhere else. and if you must make a snide comment to someone it might be a good idea if you could at least put [sarcasm] in the post. i hope that when we are finally driving this car i will be able to go to meets without worrying about stupid online beef and cyber trash talk spilling over into real life.
