Anyone know the manufacturer of the Gazoo Racing 86 wing?

I remember reading an article someplace that mentioned that Gazoo Racing custom made the wing as a one off for that car. I don't believe it is a production part anywhere but that was a while ago so somebody may be making something similar by now.

Here's a better picture of the wing that I took last month at Mega Web.

It's a Buddy Club Wing, with bottom mounts fabricated in-house at Technocraft, but it's close enough. I believe it is a 1430mm Type B with standard pedestal.
The Gazoo Racing project, is a Toyota Global Japan's marketing brand division and communication channel, and works with a variety of suppliers and aftermarket companies to facilitate racing operation and services, and is completely independent of the Technocraft TRD which is under the Product Planning and R&D department of Toyota.

They do use quite a bit of aftermarket suppliers in the Gazoo Racing branch as they are a media PR / Marketing branch of Toyota Global Japan marketing of Toyota, so they reach out to lots of aftermarket for sponsorships and co-production of resources. Their approach is quite different from Toyota's Product Planning entities which are strictly more in-house (though that is changing with the 86 product with AREA86's unique distribution channels supplying aftermarket to dealers, as well as working with them to help aftermarket support the 86)

Toyota Racing, WEC 2013 - 2014 is now called Toyota Gazoo Racing for the 2015 WEC season. Still run by TMG.

Any insight into this?

Not to derail the topic too much are those wheels readily available and at what cost?

After extensive research, I've verified this wing is the SARD Fuji Mini GT wing with "High" wing stay (another Gazoo 86 uses a slightly larger variation of this wing):
