Gutting out all the airbags

Anyone in her that has gutted out all the airbags, and whit all I men all.
The things that I am most interested in, is what resistance you have used for each airbag.
Because I am not going stand alone ecu at this moment :)

Our car doesn't have any airbags or sensors for the airbags, however the airbag light doesn't bother us at all ;)

The GD Subaru's used the 3.3 OHM 1W 5% resistors which I believe also work on the twins, however it seems that the 2.2Ohm will work too according to this thread:

Hmm my class back home (club) don't allow cars compete that are not road legal, if they don't pass something called (besiktning) that all road legal cars have to pass every year, they are not road legal any more, and this test includes everything you could possibly think off :mad0260:
Including reading of ecu for faulty codes, exhaust emissions, breaks, body and so on, and good forbidden if you have changed anything engine wise, that's a no go.
So there for I have too make it Whitt out any faulty codes :D

Pretty sure going this route will hide the codes, it fools the ECU into seeing the resistor as an airbag.

Sound like your equivalent of inspection is a lot more strict then what the US has.

Yes I think so too, running resistor for the seats now, and that's working djust fine

Are you using the 2.2 or 3.3? It seems both work fine..

Does anybody know which resistor is needed for the airbags at the roof above the windows?
