FINALLY! After the long wait the whip has finally arrived. These dealer pictures will have to do for now!

Tint ASAP. Probably going to wait until next summer for an intake and any other mods as there will be a larger selection with more reviews. :burnrubber:

Lucky guy... we have to have front plates, so either you get holes drilled in the bumper, a tow-hook off-centre mount, or have no plates at all and risk a $110 fine :(

I don't think that it is a low profile antennae. The long part has been unscrewed to prevent theft.

Ouch! That sucks. What's your plan? Risking the fine?

Are there strict regulations on tinting for you guys? I'm not sure what % I'm going to get yet. It definitely needs to be a bit darker but I don't want to get tickets because of it. That's the risk I guess:bonk:

I assume that's the case. I still haven't seen it in person yet.. won't be able to pick it up for a few weeks:thumbdown:

Hmm... A good idea would be to get one of those electric disappearing plates that slides on a track to go underneath your car. If I had a ZX6 car I would probably do an offset tow hook so I avoid holes in my front bumper and avoid any hassles with cops. Seeing that I'm only 15 and don't even have a license means its hard to get a BRZ in the first place :( I'm planning on getting one when I'm in my early-mid twenties though, after I get my bachelor's at Uni, depending on funds, unless Nissan or Mazda or any other company comes out with something comparable.

For tinting, I'm not sure. My grandma's Corolla S (bawse Granny) has what looks to be 35% tint all around except the windshield, and no cop has ever bothered her. I think 35% all around is safe to go, but seeing as it's an elderly person I'm sure cops don't mind as much as a young guy driving around in a sports car.

Had a mini photo shoot with a few friends. Installed the Perrin shorty antenna yesterday - love it!
