BRZ Rear Bumper Damaged...Options?

So...I was hit and run...sort of (long story). But the black part of the rear bumper got damaged. Besides the Rocket Bunny rear diffuser, are there any other options to replace that piece? Otherwise it looks like I have to get a new rear bumper and repaint, and I know paint matching on SWP is difficult...

Cut that shit out and go full race car :D (Sorry, few beers in and no helpful opinions to give.)

No need to repaint .. Check on craigs list if someone is parting out a crashed car

Your options are:

1. Replace factory bumper
2. Cut out the fake factory diffusor section
3. Put on fake aftermarket diffusor (which I believe also involves cutting out most of the factory section)

Option 1 and 3 will probably be near similar cost (unless you go with an aftermarket rear bumper...), factory replacement bumper + paint will be about the same as just an add on diffusor...

Option 2 is basically free and will actually settle down the rear end at high speed depending on what kind of aftermarket exhaust you have...

I had an issue with the 'diffusor' being melted around the passenger side exhaust cutout and did option 2... just because of exhaust system, I hate fake body pieces and the original backup light location/design, and it's less weight - I'm not your average owner...LOL

Here's a white FR-S minus the diffusor from user Anthony:

Hadn't considered leaving that piece off entirely...it's an interesting look. I'm really considering option 3, since it's going to cost the same anyway, and I can finish it off by spending a bit more and just getting a lip kit for the whole car.

What are the aftermarket options out there for that piece?

Search through these links for some:

If I was going to go the aftermarket diffusor route I would probably choose this one:

I hate fake body pieces.
You need to also remove the front clip/spoiler/side grills and the the front quarter panel vents as well. ;)
