Could this be the base FT-86 boxer engine?

Don't jump to any conclusions, but this engine could be a possibility for the base FT-86. It's subaru's 3rd gen boxer engine, and it looks like it could fit the specs for the 86. I hope this isn't it, given it's low hp and low rev limit. What do you think?
