http://i202.photobucket.com/albums/a...n/IM000109.jpg Up for sale is a very cool 2002 Subaru Impreza wagon. It is a TS body with a full WRX swap (engine, drive train, suspension, full interior) This stage 2+ car is from New Mexico/Oklahoma and is 90% rust free !! It has 205k miles on it but don't let that scare you. Please read on.... The engine has 68k miles on it, Outfront Motorsports built short block, with heads redone by them. TD04 turbo has 80k on it. All OEM timing belt, water pump, all pulleys, tensioner, cam seals, crank seals, drive belts, PCV and plugs (NGK V-power) were done at 187k. Exedy OEM clutch has 88k on it and was inspected when t-belt was done. Still has more than half left on disc. All four struts and brakes have been done within the last year. Here is the parts list: Perrin lightweight main pulley Mishimoto silicone turbo inlet hose and Y-pipe STI top mount intercooler ported, polished and ceramic coated exhaust manifolds GrimmSpeed high flow crossover pipe (coated and wrapped) catless uppipe (wrapped) bell mouth to 3" catless down pipe (wrapped) AeroTurbine muffler Cobb access port Turbo blanket covered heat shield PDX e-maps, including 100 octane race gas maps K&N panel filter Mizu aluminum racing radiator Stainless braided brake lines ATE super gold fluid Stop-tech performance pads (front) PBR ultimate pads (rear) Tokico D-spec adjustable struts F&R White Line flat out springs (260# F 235# R) Cobb 25mm hollow adjustable rear sway Kartboy end links Cobb 25mm hollow front sway bar MRT Noltec camber/caster plates (front) strut tower bar Perrin rear diff bushings rear sub-frame locks black powder coated stock alloys Michelin Hydro-Edge tires I have owned this car (originally WRX) since 2005, second owner. Full swap was performed in 2010 at approx 155k after an idiot ran a red light and slammed me. I can provide more history on this, as all work has been performed by myself. I currently work for Subaru, and have also worked for independent Subaru shops and performed race prep. I am letting this car go due to the purchase of a BRZ (woo-hoo!) Pros: no rust, reliable, goes like a scalded cat, corners like a race car, gets insurance like a non-turbo, sleeper looks, clean interior, clean NH title, current state inspection, sounds awesome ! Cons: some minor body work issues, very loud exhaust, rattles over bumps, consumes oil (1 qt. per 1000 miles) mostly due to turbo oil seals, great excuse to do a turbo upgrade. More photos can be seen here: http://s202.photobucket.com/albums/a...view=slideshow I will include in sale lots of spare parts including a good extra starter, AC compressor, alternator and more. I'm asking what the car is worth to me and will keep it if I don't get a reasonable offer. Yes, I'm open to negotiation but not interested in discussing "book" values or other non-applicable low-ball attempts, so don't bother. I might consider a partial trade on an older sub-$2000 Subie wagon for a winter beater/project. Please e-mail to this address: cullenwinterblues at hotmail dot com Thanks for looking |
GLWS man, i love subbie wagons!!

Wow that's beautiful! Someone needs to pick this up...
Question though...I saw a pretty gal in an Impreza with a TS badge on it the other day...she just looked at my car with a facial expression as if to say "what the hell is that?!" and I kind of just returned the same sentiment. Never heard of the TS before that day. |
The base model Impreza went through an identity crisis for a few years, L, TS, 2.5i, RS etc. TS was used on the wagons in '02 and '03.
