Check out this drive I did with the BRZ...

From Denver to Napa Valley. Had a blast, what a great drivers car this is, especially with a supercharger...

Very very cool.

Their site doesn't list cost (assuming "if you have to ask you can't afford it" sort of deal) but would you mind sharing how much it was? Their site doesn't offer much insight into that either.

Looks like an incredible trip, though. Maybe I'm getting old but I'm more drawn to stuff like this than I ever used to be.

The week long trip was $9,450 and included everything (hotel, food, drink, activities, track day, etc) except gas and whatever you wanted to personally spend. Also you were responsible to get there with your car although they helped with everything.

The shorter trip this fall is $4,450 which is the same as above. Includes everything but gas and transport. Good thing is that its starting in NYC so only one way of transport.

I was watching You Tube videos of this looked epic!
Saw that Alex Roy was there with a 911 too.

Yeah it was so nice for once to just drive and enjoy the roads without having to run from the cops, party till 4 am, etc. I guess we have all grown up :)

@Parikh1234 Thank you for sharing. Is there any links where I can get more information? I am looking for routes/maps so I can try to plan my own trip.

How did the supercharged BRZ hold up through the trip?

It was ok, problem was it was tuned for 93, so the 91 gas out there was bogging down the car. On top of that, the elevation for the trip was between sea level and 12,000 ft. If I didnt have the car supercharged, it would have been useless. Its really shows how the car should have come from the factory.

The car has the Jackson racing kit with headers.

I have a full amuse exhaust, JR high boost pulley and e85 kit ready for the fall drive. Hopefully we should be able to get the car to 350ish whp on e85. The car currently does 290 on 93, and the old 997.2 gt3 ate it for lunch. Probably about 6 to 7 car lengths at altitude on 91. Might have been 3-4 lengths at sea level with 93.

Only issue might be with the High boost pulley, no way it can work with 91, so we might have to come up with different tunes based on where in the country I am driving.

Awesome pictures. Congrats

Looks great.

how your car fitted into the group of cars "mentally"? Was other drivers on the same note or did they look at the car thru their fingers? And did any strangers/spectators said anything? My idea is that the BRZ is so rare on roads that maybe people outside the carworld didn't notice how different class it is.

Again nice trip, thumbs up

p.s.: carreras are notoriously known for great 0-60 numbers; weight on back + rear tire size of a barrel; and the same for braking figures. Don't worry about that :)
