Trying to Untighten Seat Rails

So I got this Arkon Phone Mount I'm trying to install
But I need to untighten the bolt on the passenger side seat railing.
I believe it uses an 8mm, since that's the only socket that fit.
I tried forcing it to be loosen but no luck..
Any suggestions?

Thanks!

You need a E10 socket that fits the seat bolts. Standard sockets or wrenches will not fit. After I removed mine, I replaced all of them with standard hex-head bolts. They are tight but with the right socket, a good ratchet or breaker bar, they should come out.
