Spec-D Tuning Exhaust
Been doing major research on this exhaust yet I cant find much about it on this forum... I know it's a cheaper alternative ($300) but someone local told me that it is pretty well made for the price. Anyone else have this exhaust or any experience with it? Also, have picture of it on? How does it hang from the grommets, are they level? I know you get what you pay for but I'm considering this or waiting for an Invidia n1.
Most of the pictures I seem to find are with the "silencers" in, if anyone has pictures of them out would be greatly appreciated. http://ep.yimg.com/ay/yhst-259622401...ilencer-10.gif |
Here yah go: https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q...tuning+exhaust
Reading through the first couple threads, looks like people enjoy the exhaust. There was one that had a video showcasing the exhaust with the silencers. Hope this helps. :) |

@MisterSheep I had the the Spec-D exhaust. It was decent enough for the price, except I couldn't get the tips to line up. It sounded ok, but I couldn't get over the tips being cock eyed

I'll try later at work. Never had this happen before, to my knowledge. |

If you'd be interested in a single exit the depo exhaust is a good deal at $150. Quote:
I've read the same thing on other post and it's a reason I didn't buy it. Quote:
It's working perfectly fine for me too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
don't buy it, used to work there for years and the products are extremely cheap and fitment is not great at all, it will rust with in a year or the muffler packing will burn out effectively making it a straight pipe...save your money for something else IMO. Invidia N1 is lightyears ahead of this product.

A guy from the Arcadia meet has this exhaust and he said it droned

Oh and also k2motor and specd are the same company, k2 would be the retail and eBay side of things while specd supplies the same parts to shops. All parts come from the same factory in china (junyan) they don't really have a US rep for QC so notes about figment and such get mixed up along the way and don't get taken care of properly.
