Steering rack input shaft - oily / leak?
 

hi all,

Wonder if anyone else has noticed some oil / grease residue on the rubber sleeve that is on the input shaft at the connecting point to the steering rack?

I know this is a heavily greased part so maybe some seeped out?

Haven't noticed anything noises / slack in performance.

Well, no, but I haven't looked.

Maybe if you post a picture ...... I would compare it to mine ...... if I can get down that low ..... and still get up again ...... :sigh:
