Ambit RE02's in 17x9 +35?

Hey!

I've recently began to really feel these limits of the "prius tires" that come on these knarly vehicles. I've done a lot of searching and I am beginning now to put a parts list together for this car. The Ambit RE02's are the only wheels that really seem to fit my taste/budget/needs. The question at hand is this:

Can I run these without having to roll or pull both front and rear fenders? And what is the widest tire I can run without running into rubbing?

I've seen that Toyota has "pre-rolled" the fender lips due to the fact that they knew it was a "modify-ready" platform.
:thanks:

I have a set for sale in wilmington nc if you are interested in the gunmetal color. 245 tires installed. Can try before you buy that way?

depends on your suspension setup. for the most part, 17x9 +35 with 245/40/17 tires will be fine without rubbing unless you're really low... but adding negative camber can easily take care of that.

i have the same wheesl in 18x9.5 +38 with 245/35/R18 MPSS. I dont rub. Wheels are super close to the spring perch though. probable "| |" away from each other.

I've also been running 17x9 +35 RE02's for a little while now on 245/40/17 tires. No rubbing on stock suspension. No need to roll your fenders.
