So I used to play, on the One as well. Expansion looks sweet and the commercials are awesome ha

but I don't play anymore lol just got so tired of the grind. Campaign is pretty meh the only point of playing the game is to raid it seems just kinda got over it :/

Can't wait for fallout to come out so I can blow hours somewhere else hahaha

Just bought the PS4 bundle yesterday :D

If the expansions were free or even just 1/4 the price, I'd pick it back up. But I'm still to jaded on how Destiny turned out to ante up $80 more to continue playing, even though I do like the changes they made regarding the new level up system.

Eh, you support the games you like to play. Of course it's going to cost money. Unless big name developers stop wanting to make money, it's going to be that way for now. Regardless, I feel it's still fun to play. I honestly can't wait for battlefront, the division or forza 6!

I ordered The Taken Wallet this weekend, despite my past criticisms of the game. I do believe it's getting much better for the average player, but yeah the cost for the year one players has gotten a little out of control.

LOLZ at the Take Wallet. So effin true, but i never buy games anyway so I don't feel the bulk of the pain. Yeah add me to the list if you can, make sure to add me on xbl cause I'll be on a lot more for the time being.

Done with Destiny and it's BS. Getting ready for Halo 5.

Sorry to hear that Vince but I understand. It's been a bumpy ride for sure. I was very conflicted on whether to spend the money on TTK or not. At this point, I figured I'll follow it through this expansion since I've already invested so much time/money in it. If Halo 5 ends up being good, maybe that will draw me away from Destiny.

As much as I love the Halo series, I expect it to be very much like #4. Great execution by 343; better graphics, cinematics, etc.. But for me, the campaign was the only thing really worth playing. The multiplayer gets sort of 1 dimensional at times, esp if you've played every game. Halo Guardians will be fast paced so +1 in that aspect. And yes, Destiny is a grind game for sure, but the RPG aspect of it keeps you entertained and I hope with year two that will be even more apparent. I could see myself playing Halo 5, but never owning it.

Man campaign and Destiny don't belong in the same sentence lol! Not to mention their logic in weapon balancing is completely flawed. I'm really hoping year 2 content proves me wrong, but it's still messed up the way they treat their year one players.




Halo has actually made great strides in terms of updating their storytelling. In 4 the introduction of Spartan Ops basically gave us the story within a story. They tried to show us what was going on outside of the spotlight of Master Chief. Not to mention they did a great job implementing co-op campaign this way. 343 is taking what they learned from that and implementing it further into Halo 5's gameplay. 4 was the start of a new trilogy and story arch, so I'm hoping 5 lives up to the hype. To me Reach was still the best one in terms of multiplayer and campaign content.
