RPF1 17x9 +35 W/ Hankook RS3 245/40
Its nearing 4 months and I've grown bored of my wheel and tire setup so it is time to move on. My RPF1 are Enkei Black with Red stickers. They are in good shape with no bends or cracks, just some rock chips (the worst wheel is second picture). The tires are the extreme performance go to, Hankook RS3 in 245 40 17 (will fit perfect on stock setup) with 5.5/32 in front and 7/32 in the rear. I'm in no rush to sell these so Im starting out the price at a reasonable $1550.
Also I just looked at that picture and the bottom left of the wheel close up is not a bend its just glare :P http://i1364.photobucket.com/albums/...psyfa9m8e0.png http://i1364.photobucket.com/albums/...ps73hx2cx4.jpg |

How did you like the RS3's?

They had amazing grip, had pretty good wet weather performance and weren't super stiff!
They had more road noise than I thought they would though :/ On track they had a ton of grip initially and peaked at about turn 4 at cayuga. They were sensitive to camber I found, I had to use more negative camber in the front than with my nankang ns2r, but overall they were super forgiving tires that I will likely buy next season :p Sent from my A0001 using Tapatalk |

They were fine for wet daily driving I never had them hydroplane, and they even gripped pretty well in the 30-40*F range. The PSS overheat under heavy track use, my gf has them on her BRZ in 235 45 17 and they have tons of grip on the road, feel just as grippy as the rs3 on the twisty roads, plus are much better as a daily tire with amazing comfort. Just note that PSS only come in 245 40 17 not 255 40 17, plus they run narrower compared to the rs3. There is no "better" tire, its all subjective. Both are safe for the road but in my experience you give up some comfort and nvh with the rs3 for more track performance :p
