Did my first mod today. Removed the halogen DRL bulbs for a cleaner look. :cool:

Thanks! Only dealer options were the LED lights and paint protection film.

The paint protection film was kind of a joke. It's only applied on the side mirrors, door edges, and beneath the door handles. Really would have been nice to have it on the front bumper to protect from rock chips but oh well!

On schedule! I came home today and went straight to washing the car and did a isopropyl wipe down in prep for the Opti-Seal that, hopefully, will be delivered to my doorstep tomorrow.

Must be a shock coming down from a Z car on power, but the mpg you gain kind of helps soften the blow.

What was the Z mpg on a daily basis? I've seen high 20's like our cars

I used to get 18-25 mpg in my z but drove it like a bat out of hell.

I got about the same mileage in my Z. (18-25)

Overall I wouldn't say I'm shocked at the power deficit, but I am having much more fun driving the FRS.

Gas mileage wasn't even on my priority list to be honest. It was mainly finding a cheap car that's fun to drive.
