Nice car, but why do you need to wait to drive it again?
Where I come from the dealer provides temp plates for 90 days.

I haven't driven it yet. Didn't buy from a dealer bought from a private party. In Mass the registry hands you the actual plates when you register, no temps necessary. I need to get the title from the previous owners bank, it is currently in the mail and will probably come tuesday. Then I can sign the back, mail it to him to have him sign it and send it back, then I get to register it.

It has been a long process dealing with his bank and the different states, but it was worth it. I bought it for $25k even, so I got a nice deal and I am sure that is more than the previous owner could have sold it to any dealership as well.

Sweet car! Now buy the best of the best forged internals, build that engine, and slap on a bad ass turbo! But... leave the stock tires

haha! Yea no. There is a chance I might get the edelbrock supercharger but we'll have to see what I really think when I get to drive it. I kinda modded the crap out of my Yaris, and I just don't feel like destroying the warranty so quickly.

I've been reading the manual and there is some cools things in it, like the rev alarm and the eco shift indicator. Also mysubaru.com is interesting.

That's a good price! Congrats.
Owner must have really wanted to get rid of that car

Thank you.

It was actually the right price. They've been selling nationally for about $25,900 at dealers the past few weeks. $900 for private party hassles seem about right. Anything that is on dealer lots for higher just sits forever.
