Is the Full Blown Motorsports Cast Oil Pan deeper? Will it clear the oem header and the protective plate on the underside?

From my knowledge its probably safe to say that it runs a little bit more lower then the OEM oil pan, but it has no fitment problems with the skid plate. Check with Full blown motorsports if this is compatible with the stock headers.
