Wheel noob here, need help on fitment!
 

Okay, so im going to buy some wheels, and im sort of torn on what i want. Im on TRD springs as of now(which i believe is like a .6 or .7 inch drop?) and im aiming for some 18 wheels and looks just flush as possible with as less wheel gap as possible. i have been considering 18x9.5 45 offset all around with 245/35/18 or 255/35/18.

On the other hand, i like the 35 offset a lot but im worried about the fitment/rubbing. I feel like i may have to stick with 45 offset.

But again im no good in the wheel subject, so can anyone tell me the best route to go about this?

Any help on this or better options on how to choose my wheels? Go down in width or something? Just give me the best options to look as flush as possible with no issues. Yes i have used the wheel directory but im still no good on this fitment subject.

I have 18x9.5" +45 with 255/35/18 tyres that you are considering.

One thing you will need to consider with +45 offset (nice and flush with 9.5" wheels) is that the inside rim will be very close to your suspension, you may need coilovers to stop the wheel hitting your springs. The +35 or +38 poke a little more but will likely fit ok without coilovers but may rub on the arch if you are too low. Choice - low offset and risk rubbing on arch, high offset risk rubbing on springs or strut.

If you have a wheel/tyre place nearby see if you can test fit some wheels. They don't need to be exactly what you are getting but check the offsets you are considering.

Even my set up rubs on the chassis rail front left when full lock left. Doesn't rub front right full lock right though. I think my castor must be a couple of mm different between sides but can't adjust castor without more money and only just rubs.

If you get the wheels flush with a bit of a drop they actually look wider too so you may want to consider a 18x8.5" or 18x9" that sit flush so you don't need coilovers. The Eibach lowering springs rather than the TRD ones are a great option as they are a 25mm drop I think.
