WTT: BMW 135i for FT86?

recently I started considering a change from the BMW Euro crowd to the FT86 crowd because of the promotions I have been hearing of recently with the 0% financing.

After doing some research however I feel the 25+k new Subi BRZ won't quite be worth a trade in on my car.

I'm interested in seeing if anyone in this forum has interest in swapping a manual FRS or BRZ for my E82 135i 2012 BMW.

BMW has 78600k miles.
Warranty until 80k miles and has been meticulously maintained.
