Different brand rear fluid changing torque bias?

Maybe it's all in my head, but I recently changed the rear end fluid from Redline 75-90 NS to Motul 75-90. It now seems that the rear end feels a little "tighter" around corner. Seeing as how the diffs in these cars are completely mechanical I don't see how this could be. Any ideas?

I still haven't 100% wrapped my head around how the Torsen works but I think changing the friction levels within the diff will effect how the power is put down.

I would love to 'tighten up' my diff so I may try the Motul in the future.
