It can come with the gasket I used for it. Looks like it's still usable. Its on top of the muffler in the first picture.

It will void your muffler warranty because you wont have a muffler. And if you went in for an exhaust leak they wont fix the leak for you. Otherwise no, the dealer really doesn't care about the muffler.
