86FEST?
 

Since it hasn't been posted yet. How many are planning to attend 86fest this year(Sunday Sept 27--Fontana, CA--Auto Club Speedway). Depending on when everyone is trying to leave norcal for this long drive maybe we can get a caravan going, at least to the area. In terms of where people are staying could be discussed. Personally, looking for good parking where we stay without valet parking people touching our cars. Where people stay will be up to them. But at least driving down to socal won't be lonely if in a caravan.

I won't be able to make it this year, but I did go to 86FEST 2 years ago... FYI I stayed at the Ontario Grand Inn & Suites, it was pretty nice and also nearby to the ACS venue (about 10 min away). Free parking non-valet as you prefer.

oh and for bonus sportscar driver cred - it's on the corner of Shelby St. and Lotus Ave. haha :lol:

Ontario is a nice area for sure. I have stayed at the Country Inn and Suites in the past. Right across from a giant mall and hella food options.

But I also won't be going this year. I keep saying I will go back (went the same year as Pmok). Maybe next year. Lol

I would believe you guys are coming from the opposite side? Did you guys decide on location for staying yet?

I am unsure on that part as of now I haven't been to a meet in a while

I'll be there.

If possible, get a hold of fei-long so maybe we can set up that caravan. So far just us on the interest of it. Maybe more interest will spark as time gets near.

@dsteezy86 -- update. So i'm planning to go with my dad and we will be at the marriott for sat night. and check out in the morning. After 86fest, chill and get food then head back to norcal after when the roads settle.

Yeah I'm heading down with my girl. Don't know exactly where we're staying at but that sounds like a plan.

I'm doing the same thing, hotels are pretty cheap right now for the nights so I'd get on it before they start rising the prices
