Weird Chain Noise?

Ok, so this just started a few hours ago, but my FRS suddenly started making a low whirring noise that almost sounds like a bike chain. It happens in first or second gear under 3.5k RPMS and is most prevalent when my foot is off the gas. It almost sounds as if its occurring on the underside versus in the engine and is rather worrying. It's a decent volume, but it's mostly concerning since it happens in the lower gears. Clutch engagement and gear movement is fine, but it's the sound of it definitely feels like moving parts versus rattling exhaust or anything.

Any help or ideas? I think it might be a glazed clutch, but I haven't driven weird or hard on it at all.

Check the Differential. It may be low on fluid.

Fluid was changed 1.6K miles ago; and the noise is coming from the front end.

Have you replaced any pulleys?

NST Three set of Pulleys over 3K miles ago.

I'd recommend loosening the belt tensioner and checking for loose pulleys.

Ok, so got some video/bad sound clips of it. The sound is definitely right around 4-4.5k RPM's and can hover there even with my foot leveled on the gas. It sounds akin to a chain being dragged on the ground and is definitely coming from the front end of the car. Definitely a "grinding" whirring noise.

Here's a video clip of it. I apologize for my girlfriend's Cloverfield-esque filming. Sadly the noise is harder to hear in this video than it is in person.
