TRD Replica Spoiler
1 Attachment(s)
Hey guys,
I purchased this TRD replica spoiler from the group buy a few months ago. Decided I liked the look without the spoiler so I'm letting it go. Its still brand new and I haven't mounted it or painted it. Comes with the original screws/bolts that were included in the packaging. I'm looking to get about $80 for it. I'm pretty flexible with meeting up within the city so just shoot me a PM. Here's a picture from the group buy thread of how the spoiler looks like: |
Can these put on by3M thank

Yes I believe so. Many people in this thread have been using 3M for theirs: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...oupbuy&page=10 |

I used 3M on mine and it looks fine. Have the same spoiler painted though. Attachment 118924 |
I have the exact same one and the 3m double sided tape isn't as tough as you'd like. For instance, if you drive in snow and get stuck, someone may think the spoiler is a good place to start pushing. Not everyone is a car enthusiast and all they will think is just to push any where to get you unstuck. I've read here that it's happened so I drilled through my trunk and screwed it in. I did about 8 spots just to make sure
Btw 80$ is a great price! GLWS!! |

I agree! I paid $140 cash for mine. $80 is a steal! |
That's a great deal - mine was north of $600 painted, though it was not a replica.
3M was not enough as others stated. Instead of drilling, I used 3M and Urethane paste. No issues in over a year now :) GLWS! |
shot me a msg.

Sold ! Thanks for the interest !
