Intermittent missing menu items

Scenario: Playing music via Bluetooth from my android (ICS if that matters) and sometimes I can't see the full menu. It will switch to visible and not visible at random and after not changing anything. see pictures. Any idea why this happens?

I also had Bluetooth syncing issues, but I think that was my phone because testing briefly on an iPhone produced no problems.

I've noticed the same thing... I think "Phone" and "Bluetooth" disappear from the menu list while you are driving. Haven't checked though.

Noticed on the first day... but later figures out that they don't like you to operate the COMPLICATED menus when the car is moving.

Is that what it is, limited menu while moving? I have to test that, but I have the feeling that I've experienced both states while moving and while still but I may be imagining that.

+1 on that menu system being less-than-transparent.

I'm pretty sure it is limited when moving. This same thing happened to me this morning. Tried to get my copilot to setup Bluetooth and the option wasn't there till I stopped.

The BeSpoke is similar. I can't pair a device while moving.
