Major Mods..
Guys, if you're wanting to do major mods to your twin heed some advice...
Major mods are things like turbo or S/C upgrades. Major brake upgrades like pots and rotors. Fuel upgrades and the like. 1) plan on keeping the car for a long time or losing LOTS of money at least 50% of what you put into it. 2) If you don't see yourself keeping the car for a long time, keep the original parts or expect second part of the above to be the minimum loss. 3) Be able to do some or most, or ALL mods yourself, so you don't have to pay to have them done, and then pay to have them undone. 4) Don't react like a douche if someone points out the above to you when you try to sell your modded car for WAY more than you should expect to get out of it. A modded car will likely only sell for LESS than a stock car would, not more... (has to do with not knowing how the mods were done or how the car was treated) so plan accordingly. Jaden |
Not to be a douche but....
I'm sure most of us already know everything you pointed out. Nevertheless, thanks? |

Is it possible that we're running out of interesting, unique, useful threads? All that's left is to rehash common knowledge.
