Will they fit?

Amatuer question but i'm looking at a set of wheels that are 5x100/5x114.
17x9 et15 with a 3.5in lip. Will these clear my car even though i do know that i have to adjust my ride height because i'm currently lowered 3.5inches.

Tell us more; are you willing to compromise function for looks? Run very narrow tires? Will you have stock body work? Are you willing to spend time and money to make wheels fit?

I believe 9 wide on stock suspension is the max you can go before you rub. But youll need to stretch your tires and if you are dropped that low you'll prob need to go up a bit higher. My suggestion. Get coilovers before you get wheels that way you can get the perfect ride height and run larger size wheels or tires if you so desire.

It might take some work but I definitely think it's possible to make them fit.

Alright thanks for the replies. i am currently on coilovers and do understand that i have to raise my car a bit to have more clearance. i do not plan on tracking or bringing my car to any autocross or drift events. also i am looking for a small stretch but nothing too aggressive.

I'd be more worried about the 15 offset.

You're going to need a decent amount of camber front and rear.

+15. Will poke crazy! Most 17x9 are +30 to +45

you're going to need lots more negative camber and also pull and shave your front fenders
