Reverse lights to my turn signals?
 

Going to try it in a couple of days but I was wondering if anyone could give me some input on how to do it quickly to save me some time. I deleted my reverse light bar and reflector back when I bought the car and now I'm looking to hook up my reverse lights again. Instead of buying an aftermarket rear stick on "diffuser", I would like to wire them to my turn signals. Is it as easy as taking the power and ground from each light and connecting them to the matching turn signal bulbs?

Hmm $30 isn't bad at all. The other bulbs are not necessary to make it work correct?

You'll need to install LED bulbs with the kit

It's designed to be as plug and play as possible

Is there cheaper led bulbs from somewhere? I'm not keeping the car, I just reverse lights back in it and all that money for bulbs I won't even have for a week is a waste for me.

I would love to use the module because it seems like an easy fix, a different light that's not $15 a piece would be preferred.

The kit from Diode Dynamics was one of the best plug and play mods that I have. Compared to the stock setup you can actually see behind you as your backing up.

Can I use different bulbs other than their $30 bulbs with it though? I think I'm better off doing a quick fab for 2 reverse light enclosures under the bumper.

Check out this site for your backup lights. They may not be as high a quality but they could do in a pinch.
