Agency Power UEL or EL?
 

I picked up an Agency Power header for a good price a while back and have yet to install it. I was sold under the impression of it being UEL, but after some research to find the pipe diameter, I stumbled across it being a mix between both maybe? Anyway, I wanted to know if it is a UEL or if its sort of a mix, could I still get that boxer rumble? As well, does anyone know the pipe diameter off their head?
