I absolutely love these rims, but the front air dam seems a bit blocky.

It looks good but I'd make that air dam would look so much better if it was thinner.

I've seen these before and they are freakin sweet. I think RavSpec posted the specs on the wheels. 18x8.5 +47? I think?

yeah, this is 18x8.5 +47. I can tell by the semi concave face of the wheel.

The front lip appears to have a rubber gating at the bottom, something that is used on other cars and is listed on jdmparts.com for other STi models. Maybe with some sideskirt pieces, the front lip/extension could fit?

It's the STI lip, you can see a little logo in the middle of them.

Wheels look good. Lip, not so much. Maybe if you had some sideskirts and rear fenders that sat a bit lower to match. As-is, the car looks like it has a goatee.
