yea there are so few in the area, I'v resigned myself to buying it and having it shipped.

I snagged my Series Blue last week for 26.5k + title and tax from a certified Subi dealer. 12k miles and completely stock, car is in great shape. The guy that had it before me bought it from the same dealer new but traded it back in after needing a bigger car. I talked them down over $1k in price before telling them I'd be paying cash :D

I'm fairly certain this is actually the car I bought this last Saturday. I think they transferred it over to their Lotus dealership and I bought it from there. A Series.Blue, same amount of miles, same city, same brand of dealership...it's got to be the same car.

For what it is worth, they were absolutely not going to back down on the price and that's what I ended up paying. To me it was worth it (let's just say I REALLY love the color blue). Edmunds lists the Series.Blue with that many miles at just about the same price, so I think what I paid was pretty fair.

So more to the saga, the moron I went to at planet subaru called me and claims they sold the car. Now I highly doubt that, and I highly doubt they would keep it on their website unless they literally just sold it. But I seriously doubt that too. So the dude called me and flat out lied to me. Total scumbag.
