Clanking noise
 

Ok, so when I start my car up, it makes a clanking noise, or when in reverse or in drive at slow speed, but when the car warms up it goes away. Also when car is shut off then restarted 5 minutes later, the clank isn't audible.... What is wrong with my car or has any one else had this problem.

can you post a sound clip???

The best we can tell from your description is that you have a clanking noise. Even with a sound clip you will probably get 20 different answers. Take it it to somebody that can see as well as hear it.

Does it clank when sitting still or just when moving......?

Where does it sound the clanking is coming from......?
