Need help on deciding what to do (buddy club spec II)

So my cars pretty low and every once in a while my exhaust scrapes the ground (doesn't hit it hard but just taps the ground or rubs the ground when going over things that are too big or angled). Today I'm driving and all of a sudden I hear my exhaust hit the ground, bounce and then start dragging on the floor. In my head I'm like shit it probably fell out of the rubber hangers since it slides a little loose all the time. I pull over and get to the back of my car and sure enough its laying on the ground. I get on the ground to reach under to put it back on and I see this...

I googled them to find a number and all I got was some dude with a really heavy accent telling me something about warranty and to email them or something. Thinking about writing a nasty email to them to try to get a new exhaust because this is bs. Anybody else have any problems with buddyclub? Any suggestions on what to do?
Thanks in advance :burnrubber:

Try to contact the vendor for warranty details. Don't be nasty, just be patient and hope they will cover it and send you brand new one.

This. Common courtesy goes a long way, especially since BuddyClub is a reputable brand and I've had good experience with their customer service.

How badly has it hit? Are there marks underneath? I ask because as much as it would certainly appear to be a bad weld it could also have been broke off by repeated hits. I know I have bounced mine off speed bumps and such that I have had concerns of the same thing happening.

Bad welds like this happen.

Two solutions:

1) they will replace it.
2) you will replace it.

As for warranty... good luck.

You do realise that just sticks over the OEM valance? It'll still melt when the exhaust sits up against it like it has

it is not bs you hit the exhaust on something and it broke, it is your fault that this happened not buddy clubs. I am mega low and have this exact exhaust and have had zero problems nobody is to blame but you.

also looking at these pics im awaiting a negative review on the tires when you crash in the rain because you were negligent to change them out.

if you've had problems it was from installation error or you hit it and bent it on something, I have almost 20k on mine with no issues and im lower than you and my friend has over 30k on his with no issues and it low.

Installation error? I for one dont think its too complicated to put in two bolts and then hang it up on two hanger but alright then whatever you say. As for being low I'm maxed out on isc coilovers so I can't be too far off?
