Taillights for 10 Series
 

Hey 10 series owners I wanted some opinions on which taillights I should get. I am torn between the Toms (red housing) and Toms (black housing).
After reading that the black housing Toms are melting I am kind of set on the red housing Toms. However I have read that not all black housing Toms are affected. Can some of you 10 series owners who have these tails(red or black housing) chime in? Maybe give me some other options that will look good with silver ignition. :thanks:

I was confused looking at your title lol.

I painted my own set of "Grazio & Co" tails. Took like a full day to get the masking lines taped up. I like how they look.

I currently have the inside of my oem tails painted all black with red circle. It got cracked a couple days ago. When it rains water seeps in through the crack along with dirt and grime.

How about buddy clubs? If your willing to spend 500...

I have the JDM Toms clear housing and love them! My car isn’tsilver though but I am sure they will look awesome! No melting here either andthey see +35C if not higher.

Well I initially wanted the new Valenti tails with sequential signals but they won't be available to purchase until 2016. Too me there are a lot of ricey tails for the 86/brz and the Toms look decent.

What 4th brake light is that?

I have USDM clear Tom's on mine, and I've had melting issues inside the housing after about 5 months of owning them :(
I wish I went with red, but I've been looking at the red Crystal Eyes.
