I am having the same issues. I have a lean condition at low rpm (below 3,000). After I installed FI kit (Works) it would run rough on low rpm, just after 4k and between 5 and 6k. this is after I bought the "flash and go" tune. on works tune there was no issue. since I wanted more power via flex fuel route I went ahead and got an e-tune. on an up hill, from a stop, it would not go at all. I have to rev pass 3k then I could go. before reading your thread, I check for leaks, check fuel pump and installed check valves on EVAP lines and capped the evap line near under throttle body. but still it did not fix the problem. I even received a beta tune from Delicious tuning to fix the lean condition but still the same problem. I was thinking it could be the fuel pressure regulator located in the fuel pump canister.
But since your Fullblown was able to fix it with a tune, it really gives me hope that it could be a tuning problem and not mechanical.
So, are you still good with the tune that you got from fullblown?

Well I got in contact with @ FullBlown to set up a remote session, and after a few revisions from LJ, the car is finally running and driving with their basemap.. :thanks:
So I'm not exactly sure what the issue was, but at least I know the installation was all done correctly and it's not mechanical. At this point though I just gotta wait until Delicious Tuning figures some things out on their end to get their tune working as well as this map is now. I was told that the map scaling for my Omni 4 Bar provided by EcuTek is not very good, and that they've come up with their own that will hopefully help. If not, I'll probably just have to purchase one of their Map Sensors to do the job. Thanks for all the suggestions though guys I appreciate it.
