Is there a question here? Or are you just expecting yes/no answers? This would also probably be better suited to the appropriate sub forum.

act is good. HD clutches can take a beating, its springed so less chatter. I know a few 240 guys who have it on there car.

both.
if anyone has this installed or has had this installed before, and what are their comments on it.
and I just need some reassurance that im making a good buy here.

I can't speak to having it installed or doing the install on the FRS but I did have ACT's Heavy Duty clutch installed on my RSX.

The clutch is noticeably heavier with a much lower catch point than stock and you'll have to get used to it again. Stalling on the first drive with the new clutch isn't out of the question. Besides stop and go traffic, I loved the ACT clutch and the general consensus is that they're a pretty good brand.

This almost sounds ideal to me, I wouldn't mind a stiffer pedal and lower bite point.

Also I don't know how long clutches last for other drivers and YMMV but this particular one went over 150,000 miles for me, which included several drag strip visits early on. I recently replaced it with an OEM clutch with the intention of selling the car. I miss the ACT clutch.
