Unless car is slammed, meaning it is like 1/2 inch from ground like those touge Silvia's, I don't like titanium tips. Don't now why.

Just raised on pork and potatoes in good old Irish style.

It's fake.

Fake stuff to appear like it's performance oriented is basically the definition of rice.

But it doesn't offend me, I understand aesthetic choices.

MrAnthonyC 07-29-2015 06:00 PM

Rice if you purchased them already burnt for you.

Not rice if they became burnt from actual use.

Using the argument that it's aesthetically pleasing (in your opinion) is just as valid as someone saying underglow is aesthetically pleasing (in their opinion), and i'm pretty sure that underglow is generally accepted as rice on this forum.

Would you call it rice if a titanium system were professionally colored in some way without using heat? what about some stainless steel system? is it acceptable on the titanium only because it can actually happen to titanium, even though your car had no impact on the resulting burnt look anyway?

When I was living on my own, I had to go a week eating just plain rice and soy sauce because I ran out of cash and payday hadn't come yet. It's not too bad, but all that sodium made me feel like crap.

Had some suspicious looking ham that I could've added but... no.

That just sounds terrible. I'd probably end up just eating toast and jam or something. As @chaoskaze stated, Furikake would've been a better alternative on the rice, but the sodium effects would still have been there. :D

Exactly.
I also don't think it's worth the extra money.
