Now its WAY TO QUIET. it sucks hahah... any ideas if i should get a Helmholtz resonator and put it on the non resonated midpipe and hope it should cut the rasp ? just looking for ideas

You need a header. Keep the resonator.

And that's a quiet setup? I had a JDL UEL, JDL OP, JDL catted FP, and the Perrin 2.5 inch resonated and it was perfect. It was loud when you got on it, but civil every time otherwise.

If you go any louder, you'll start to introduce drone. The Invidia N1 is as deep/loud as it gets without the rasp. Probably even louder with the newer Greddy exhaust that's 3".
