Includes all hardware for install. Protects the bumper from catching/scratching from low ride height, also really stiffens it up and makes it feel much sturdier.

Do you mind if I ask why you are selling them?

I am selling the car! So I am parting out all the aftermarket parts I added. My other "exterior" thread was closed, I assume because everything else was sold and the moderator didn't realize I still had this part left. Please check out my threads started and you will find a large list of parts for sale. That's the only reason! These worked great and I would recommend them to anyone.
