OFT 91 Oct stage 1
 

I am running an OpenFlash stage 1 91oct tune and am getting bad knock with adv multiplier at .84. I have given plenty of time for trims to adjust and everything seems to be at normal parameters other than my AFR which seems to stay at 14 even when WOT. I was wondering if this could be due to poor quality fuel? I live on an army base and get my gas from a eXchange gas station and don't know what brand it is but it has 10% ethanol. Any tips or info would be appreciated.
